Salumeria Sarto began as a place to explore food as craft. Inspired by Italian salumerie and neighborhood osterie, our work centers on simplicity, seasonality, and process.

We believe that good food is made slowly—through repetition, observation, and care. Our approach is grounded in tradition, but always informed by where we are and what is available.

Whether in the shop or at the table, our goal is to create spaces that feel welcoming, thoughtful, and rooted in place.
